This running apps aims to provide tailor made training program for runners who want to successfully complete their 10km, half marathon and full marathon in a safe and heathly approach.

Assessment - It base on face-to-face assessment figures and design training plan to members. Assessment warming and advise will be sending via push alert.

Training Plan - When training started, training plan will provide 12-14weeks cycle training to members. Each cycle training shall have 3 weeks.

Log - Training plan will be based on user provided running log in LSD, Tempo & Interval. It can be manual input log or use iOS HealthKit workout record (in using iOS HealthKit framework integration) to analysis your running activities. Then provide training plan to fit your own. This running only will read your iOS HealthKit workout record. It will not provide any save or update to iOS HealthKit.
